  • All food items are freshly prepared to order and are non-returnable once delivered.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal taste preferences, ordering errors, or change of mind.


❌ Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing, only if food preparation hasn’t started.

  • Once your order enters the "Preparing" or "Out for Delivery" stage, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
